FEE SCHEDULE PER CHILD

INITIAL TELEPHONE CONSULTATION
The initial telephone conversation is conducted free of charge, not to exceed 15 minutes. A meeting can be arranged to engage consulting services of MEC Group, LLC.

COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH
Fee $3,200.00
Initial payment $1200; Application submission $1000; Final admission decision $1000

Client will be billed for each payment

• Consultations (unlimited) with parents to identify desired outcome for their child
• Discussions with parents and students to determine their ideal school environment
• Observations of student
• Review academic records, school testing, and full psycho-educational evaluation, background information, special talents and interests of student
• Referrals for admission testing (WPPSI III, WISC IV)
• Administration of SSAT
• Review past engagements of student to determine, if any, patterns of similarity
• Consult with or refer to other professionals if appropriate
• Present and discuss findings with client
  
• Consult with schools regarding applicant and admission process
  
• Outline the admissions process, create timeline and assist with: application materials, school visit, interview, etc.
  
• Assist with financial aid process
  
• Attend admission events (open houses, tours and information sessions) with client if desired
  
• Provide support during first term (September – December) after enrollment.

ADVISORY APPROACH
Fee $2500.00
Initial payment of 50%; Final Payment of 50%; Net 30 days

• Consultations (two to three sessions) with parents to identify desired outcome for their child
  
• Discussions with parents and students to determine their ideal school environment
  
• Observations of student
  
• Review academic records, school testing, admission tests, and full psycho-educational evaluation, background information, special talents and interests of student
• Submit recommendations for consideration to parents
  
• Create timeline for admissions process
  
• Consult with or refer to other professionals if appropriate
• Follow-up consultation and other services are available at an hourly rate

HOURLY CONSULTATION FEE
$200.00 an hour
Payment is due at time of services rendered

Hourly Consultation is for parents requiring general information about schools, or to discuss special circumstances before planning can begin. During the hourly sessions, we will discuss ways to identify appropriate schools and begin long-term educational plans. This service does not include meeting the student.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Referrals - tutoring, testing, etc.
Available to schools and organizations for speaking engagements, seminars, enrollment management and admissions related support.

 

Credit cards are accepted
Clients reimburse all expenses related to “pre- determined” travel outside of the Washington Metropolitan area.

 

MEC Group, LLC consultants collaborate on all clients. Although families make an appointment with one consultant, they benefit from the insights and advice of the group.
